Due to the intimate nature of shapewear, all sales are final.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons. Please refer to our size guide carefully before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@silhouessence.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement if approved.
